If the grid is overloaded, the grid operator may throttle your plant. You are entitled to compensation for the power you could not produce as a result.
Das Stromnetz hat Grenzen wie eine Straße: Ist ein Abschnitt überlastet, muss irgendwo weniger eingespeist werden. Seit 2021 werden dafür auch kleinere Anlagen (ab 100 kW) herangezogen — das regelt §13a EnWG. Der Netzbetreiber fährt deine Anlage herunter; den entgangenen Strom nennt man Ausfallarbeit.
The grid has limits like a road: if a section is overloaded, less must be fed in somewhere. Since 2021 smaller plants (from 100 kW) are also used for this — governed by §13a EnWG. The operator ramps your plant down; the lost power is called lost energy (Ausfallarbeit).
Du hättest Strom erzeugt und damit Vergütung verdient — durftest aber nicht. Deshalb wird die Ausfallarbeit so vergütet, als hättest du eingespeist. Das ist gesetzlich geregelt, kein Kulanz-Akt.
You would have produced power and earned payment — but were not allowed to. So the lost energy is paid as if you had fed in. This is set by law, not a goodwill gesture.

How much lost energy is assumed depends on the calculation model (peak settlement or forecast). This noticeably affects the size of your compensation — actively ask which model your grid operator uses.
Die Prüf-Nummern 13022 und 13023 sind nicht in der monatlichen Standard-Abrechnung enthalten. Du musst sie beim Netzbetreiber gesondert anfordern. Wenn du sie noch nie gesehen hast, hast du sie vermutlich nie erhalten. So forderst du sie an.
